Flexible cancellation policy applicable to all direct bookings.
Free cancellation
You can cancel free of charge up to 7 calendar days before the check-in date. The full refund is issued automatically to the same card used for payment and may take 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
Late cancellation
From 7 days before arrival, the booking is non-refundable. If you have an exceptional circumstance, write to us and we will review your case.
How to cancel
From the management link in your confirmation email, or by replying to that email.
Overbooking
In the exceptional case of an overlap due to syncing with other platforms, 100% is refunded automatically and we help you find an alternative.
