Subject

The owner (Manuel Cerviño Domínguez) offers for holiday rental the apartment at Calle Seijas 3, 1.º i, 36700 Tui, Pontevedra, España, licence VUT-PO-016891.

Bookings and payment

A booking is confirmed after full payment via Stripe. The price includes accommodation for the nights indicated, the guest fee and the cleaning fee.

The price is always calculated and validated on the server at the time of booking.

Stay

Check-in and check-out at the times stated in the confirmation. No smoking, parties or exceeding the booked number of guests.

The guest is liable for damage caused during the stay.

Cancellation

The Cancellation policy applies: free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival; afterwards the booking is non-refundable.

Liability and governing law

The owner is not liable for force majeure. These terms are governed by Spanish law; jurisdiction of the courts of Pontevedra.
