Data we collect

Booking data: name, email, phone, country and, optionally, ID document (passport/NIE/DNI) and a message to the host.

Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe. We never store card numbers on our servers.

Minimal technical data required to operate (session cookie, language).

Purpose and legal basis

Manage your booking and the contractual relationship (Art. 6.1.b GDPR: performance of a contract).

Comply with legal obligations, including guest registration with the authorities where applicable (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).

Send operational communications about your stay (confirmation, arrival instructions, cancellation).

Recipients

Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (payment processing).

Resend (transactional email delivery).

Hosting and infrastructure providers (Vercel, Neon) acting as data processors.

Competent authorities where there is a legal obligation (guest registration).

Retention

We keep booking data for as long as needed to provide the service and afterwards for the legal tax and tourism limitation periods.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to reservas@cabaloholidayinn.com.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Cookies

This site only uses strictly necessary cookies: the admin panel session and those Stripe needs to process payment securely. We use no analytics, advertising or profiling cookies.
